Quote of the Day

“Do not go gentle into that good night,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.”
                  – Dylan Thomas

Do not lay down and let life run you over any and every which way. You are meant to take charge of your life. When things are not going well and what seems like a hurricane of bad things are crashing down on you, do not lose your light. Fight! You are not weak, you are not helpless, you are not a mat to be stepped on and crapped on. You are strong, you are smart, you are good, you are light. Shine. As bright as you can. Be all that you can be. Do whatever it takes to keep your head above the water. You can do it! Believe in the power and strength that you possess and own it. You do not have to let people run you down or run you over. Rage against the negative and the bad, they do not have to rule over you and determine your life. You do. You can do and be whatever you want. Know who you are. Know that you deserve the best. Know that you are loved. Know that you may get lonely but are never alone. Know that you can win the war. We all have to lose some battles, but we can always win the war. You can win the war against darkness, you can win the war against sadness, you can win the war against complacency, you can win the war against comfort zones. You can win the war against all the things in life that hold you back. You just have to recognize what’s holding you back and fight it. Break free. Those battles won’t always be easy, but when you fight and keep your head up, win or lose, you come out stronger and better. It is in you to be great, it is in you to let your brilliance radiate through your being and shine into this insane and beautiful world.
Rise up. Move forward. Shine bright.
