The Answer

Other people are not our enemy. Hate, Fear, Negativity, Doubt, Seperation, and Ignorance are the names that our enemy goes by. We must not forget that these are the ones that destroy our relationships, with ourselves and others. These are the ones that make life more difficult than necessary. These are the ones that kill, steal, and destroy. It is these we must combat at all times.

People will always be subject to one of these. That is why we must equip ourselves with the means and knowledge to overcome and conquer them. It is through Kindness, Compassion, Unity, Understanding, Patience, Calm, Goodness, Light, Good Vibes, Good Energy, Empathy, Love, and Service that we become victorious over the enemy. We will lose battles, but we win the war.

We are the answer to our own problems. It is through each of us that we grow and better life and the world. It is through personal relationship that we grow and better life and the world. Do what you love, love yourself, love others, be grateful, be kind, do good, listen to yourself, listen to others, believe in yourself, believe in others. When we are connected and happy with ourselves our connection to all else grows and strengthens.

All it takes in life is the courage and bravery to take the necessary risks to truly and genuinely live. To live for ourselves and do for ourselves which in turn benefits everyone and everything around us. When love is the focus and the way, we never lose. When all of our experiences become lessons that we grow through and from, we never lose. When peace, action, empathy, unity, understanding, and love lead, we all win.

Even those that subscribe and succumb to the hate, fear, negativity, doubt, separation, and ignorance will benefit from our love and our power because that’s what love does. It betters everyone and everything. When love abides there is always room and time for change. Real change. All it takes is you. Be ready and willing to actively work, continuously, on yourself and do what you love.

When we are each doing our part and moving forward together,  nothing and no one can stop us. Let us rise up, in Love, together. Let us move forward and grow, together. Let us usher in a new era of goodness, kindness, creativity, unity, compassion, empathy, understanding, and Love. We can do this. It has already begun. It’s never too late to choose Love. Choose Love, today and every day.

The Link in the Equation

” – but our countries are counting on us to miss the link… they are painting the enemy foreign and selling the product domestic… so let this build your anger for the depletion of our oceans, but make sure your anger goes to the right recipient.”

– Madison Stewart (aka Shark Girl)

This is the truth and the key to taking back our power as the people. We have to realize, acknowledge, and accept the atrocities and the depth of the atrocities we and our governments create. We have to first realize that what is happening is wrong and then that we continue it and normalize it every single day by our continued participation. The power lies with us.

We are the ones who fuel our oppressors. We are the ones who do the work for them and make their wrong doings possible, through willful blindness and fearful compliance. We can no longer exist under these circumstances; especially when we do not have to. We are under no obligation to add to our own suffering. And the only way to change things is to take radical action.

People were made to be afraid of that word. It is a powerful one, because when we become radical, things get done, things change. We have to start putting our best interest first instead of the oppressors. Anger is a useful tool if applied in the right way and mindset. It can be used to fuel good, creative, universal change, which is much needed right now.

In life, there are very few requirements in the grand scheme of things, and the #1 requirement is that you show up. You have to show up, for yourself and others. You have to act and take things into your own hands. You make the difference between war and peace, justice and injustice, hope and despair, right and wrong. You are the link that creates the world around you.

Your inaction is just as vital, and more in some cases, as your action. Your choices truly do matter. You truly do matter. Your life and presence here in this world, at this moment in time make ALL the difference. You’ve got to be willing to take charge of your own life, see things as they are, and do what you can to be a positive and helpful force during your journey here.
“- the world does not need people who hope for change right now, it needs people who will fight for it.”   – Madison Stewart

No More Silence

Life will never be good enough if all we are is a bunch of feuding people who share a limited amount of space for the length of our short lives. This blatant hatred and cruelty people are giving to others they don’t know or understand is a shame. We let the ignorant, judgmental, and close-minded people speak, but those who have a voice to raise and help the innocent victims of senseless crimes remain silent. Why?

Things will never be better if we continue to allow these horrible injustices to happen. The way that society is, is that they don’t care until it directly affects them, and then they want to pull out all the stops to save and “defend” themselves. Don’t be a part of a cruel and ruthless society, be a part of the human race, a race of being’s that are kind and loving, caring and giving toward each other. All this turmoil, war, and pain will not cease on its own. We, as people, human beings, decent and good need to stand up for what is right. We need to defend what is right.

What many people forget and refuse to see is that what’s done to those who endure terrible situations, will more likely than not happen to you becaue you allow it to happen to others. We have to look out for one another. We have to have each others backs. We have to stand firm and together in times of trouble. We need to help our fellow man. As a society and the human race, we need to look past the surface, past selfishness, past race, past culture, past sexual orientation, we need to see each other for who truly we are. These things are just the surface, your race, your culture, they are a part of you, but they are not all that you are. You are an everlasting, beautiful universe that exists in this precious life.

We must come together. If we don’t, things will only continue to get worse and worse. Do we really want that? Do we really want our future generations to be put into an even darker, filthier, more terrifying black hole because we put them there. Because we can’t get our shit together and let go of all these petty things we think are important? We are here because of our past generations refusal to let the yokes of old hatred go. What will this generation do? Will we make it worse? Or will we make the world a better place than when we came into? Just know, you have to live here and deal with these problems too. You may not be affected in the same ways others are, but you are being affected none-the-less. For better or worse, that’s up to you. We can make things right or we can make them worse. We each have to make our choice.

No More Silence

I’d like to take this post to send out all my love, light, good energy, and good vibes to every single person. There are a lot of terrible, horrible, unforgettable things that go on in this world. I understand that some wounds go too deep, and that there are some hurts that time can not heal; but, no matter the struggles, trials, and tribulations you’ve endured, know that you are cared for, you are loved, and that you are not alone.

We live in a world where (a lot of) the people who have power do not use it to enhance the world, but rather to control the world.
We can change this.
We’ve but to simply love each other.
In spite of race, beliefs, ethnicity, background, ideals, no matter the differences. WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS WHO HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND BE AS WE CHOOSE.

We can coexist. We can overcome oppression. We can break out of the small box we’ve been put into. What we must all remember, is that our lives are in our own hands. Sometimes that means we will have to go through hell, high water and back; but we can make it. We need to come together. We need to stand up for one another. We are all a part of this world, it does not need to be every man for himself. There are billions of us here, why not be there for and care for one another?

The reason why things have gotten this bad as well, as I have said before, is because too many of us remain silent. Silence, in the wrong moments, is deadly. There is a time to be silent, and a time to use your voice. People must learn the difference. When someone is treating you wrong in anyway or towards another, say something; when you see someone doing something wrong, say something. When someone is talking shit about you and trying to bring you down, be silent. Hold your head high, look them straight in the eye, smile, and go on your way, what someone else thinks of you is none of your business. Don’t involve yourself with people who like to gossip, spread rumors, be mean, and spread negativity. They will do you no good.

I know I am guilty of being silent, but no longer. I have found the voice that has always been inside of me and I am using it, and using it wisely. It matters that we speak for those who can’t, that we do for those who can’t, that we love those who feel they can not be loved. Other people matter, not just yourself. We are all connected , therefore we are all affected by the things that happen to our fellow people.

Nothing separates us but our own wrongful ideals. We separate ourselves by class, race, location, judgment, high-mindedness, stereotypes, and so forth. We don’t need any of that crap. All we need to do in this life is love ourselves, well, and love others, well. You get what you give. I strongly encourage you to read a book called “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz. This book explained my life and has changed my life for the better. I have begun to really practice this teaching and man do I feel good. I must warn you, you will only truly receive the message of this book if you have a truly open heart, mind, spirit, and soul. You must not let any kind of judgment, preconceived ideas or ideals, nothing of that nature, get in the way of what Mr. Ruiz is telling you. To truly live these words you must be, in every since of the word, open to this life enhancing teaching. I hope that it helps and encourages you like it has me.
